The Art of Presence

A place that gives you permission to pause.

In music, adagio is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and experience each note with intention. At The Adagio Table, that philosophy inspires every experience we create.

We believe wellness is more than a service; it is the foundation of life’s celebrations. Whether preparing a bride for her wedding day, enhancing a private gathering, or supporting a corporate event, our purpose is to create an atmosphere of calm and genuine care.

Founded by Eden Weitzel, The Adagio Table is rooted in the belief that wellness begins by returning to the body. Each experience is carefully composed so you and your guests can be fully present, connected, and completely at ease.

The Founder

As a massage therapist, I knew one thing for certain when planning my own destination wedding: I wanted my bridal party to unwind from their travels and reset before the celebration began.

We gathered in the living room of a beautiful Airbnb while a local massage therapist set up her portable chair in the center of the room. One by one, each of us stepped away for twenty minutes of quiet restoration. Between sessions, we laughed, shared childhood stories, rested, and simply enjoyed being together. It wasn't just about the massage, it was about creating space to pause and honor our bodies.

That experience stayed with me.

I realized massage can be so much more than a service. When thoughtfully curated, it becomes part of the celebration itself, a chance to slow down, reconnect with ourselves and one another, and embrace the moments that matter most. Whether it's preparing before a wedding day or unwinding after a weekend of celebration, wellness has the power to transform not only how we feel, but how we experience life's biggest occasions.
